ViInk Terms of Use

2. Purpose

These terms govern the access, download, activation, purchase and use of ViInk, including monthly, annual, lifetime and trial licenses when available.

3. License types

• a limited free trial
• a monthly subscription
• an annual subscription
• a lifetime license

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, each paid license is intended for up to two computers used by the same user.

4. Activation and use

• A valid serial number or equivalent activation flow may be required.
• Internet access may be required for activation and occasional license checks.
• Once activated, ViInk may perform periodic validation checks to confirm the license status.
• Sharing, reselling, duplicating or redistributing a license without written authorization from Maloz Films is not allowed.

5. Renewals

• Monthly and annual licenses renew automatically through the payment provider unless cancelled.
• If the user cancels, the license remains active until the already paid expiration date.
• If a recurring payment fails, the next license period is not extended until payment is successfully completed.

6. Free trial

• The free trial is intended only for product evaluation.
• The current default duration is 7 days.
• The trial may require online verification to prevent abuse.
• Once the trial ends, full access to ViInk may be blocked until a valid paid license is activated.

7. Intellectual property

ViInk, including its interface, layout, documentation, iconography, text, code and visual assets, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

8. Permitted use

Professional or personal use is allowed according to the purchased license type. The following is not allowed:

• reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the software without authorization
• bypassing the activation, validation or license control system
• using fake, revoked or unlawfully obtained serial numbers

9. Availability and support

Maloz Films will make reasonable efforts to keep activation and support services available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the license server, payment provider or email systems.

10. Limitation of liability

ViInk is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maloz Films will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of income or business interruption arising from the use of the software.

11. Suspension or revocation

A license may be suspended or revoked in case of fraud, unauthorized use, prohibited resale, payment reversal or refund abuse, or material breach of these terms.

12. Right of withdrawal

For EU consumers buying at a distance, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply. However, for digital content or subscriptions with immediate access, the customer may expressly agree to immediate performance and waive that withdrawal right where legally permitted.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's country of residence within the EU.
