ViInk Terms of Use

1. Service identity

ViInk is a video annotation and review software product developed by Maloz Films.

2. Purpose

These terms govern the access, download, activation, purchase and use of ViInk, including monthly, annual, lifetime and trial licenses when available.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, each paid license is intended for up to two computers used by the same user.

ViInk, including its interface, layout, documentation, iconography, text, code and visual assets, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

Professional or personal use is allowed according to the purchased license type. The following is not allowed:

Maloz Films will make reasonable efforts to keep activation and support services available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the license server, payment provider or email systems.

10. Limitation of liability

ViInk is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maloz Films will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of income or business interruption arising from the use of the software.

11. Suspension or revocation

A license may be suspended or revoked in case of fraud, unauthorized use, prohibited resale, payment reversal or refund abuse, or material breach of these terms.

12. Right of withdrawal

For EU consumers buying at a distance, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply. However, for digital content or subscriptions with immediate access, the customer may expressly agree to immediate performance and waive that withdrawal right where legally permitted.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's country of residence within the EU.
