2. What data we process

Depending on how the service is used, ViInk may process:

• name and surname
• email address
• billing details
• payment identifiers received from Stripe
• serial or license information
• technical computer identifier (machine_id)
• application version
• activation, validation, expiration or revocation dates
• information required for support requests

• sell and activate ViInk licenses
• manage renewals and subscriptions
• verify that a license is valid
• prevent fraud or duplicate serial usage
• answer support requests
• comply with accounting, tax and legal obligations

• performance of the license contract

• legitimate interest in security, anti-fraud and support

5. Providers and recipients

Data may be processed by service providers necessary to deliver the service, including Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Hostinger or equivalent provider for email services, and the ViInk license server for activation, validation and serial management.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to maintain an active license, manage renewals, incidents and support, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and prevent abuse or fraudulent serial reuse.

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection where applicable, and portability where applicable by writing to viink.support@malozfilms.com.

8. Security

We apply reasonable security measures, including cryptographic signatures on licenses, per-machine activation control, restricted storage of private keys on the server, and separation between the server private key and the public key embedded in the application.

9. International transfers

If any technical provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards required by applicable law will apply.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or product changes. The current version will be the one published on the website or delivered with the software.
